Can I use these templates in any email tool?

Yes. Copy or download the HTML and paste it into the HTML or code editor of the tool you use, for personal or business email. You don’t need an account to copy or download them.

Will they look right in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail?

They’re built with React Email, which writes the table layouts and inline styles email clients understand, and columns stack into one on phones. Outlook for Windows skips a few touches such as rounded corners, but the layout holds.

What are the {{ }} tags in the HTML?

Merge tags. {{first_name|there}} becomes each subscriber’s first name (or “there” when it’s blank), and {{unsubscribe_url}} and {{company_address}} fill in the unsubscribe link and your postal address. Mailmanny fills them in for you; in other tools, swap them for that tool’s own tags.

How do I edit a template in Mailmanny?

Press Use in Mailmanny on any template, or pick it under Create template in the app. It opens in the drag-and-drop editor, where you change the words, photos, colors and blocks, then send it to a list, a tag or a segment. Every plan can use the whole gallery.

Is there a plain-text version?

Every template has one. Use Copy plain text on its page. Sending both versions together helps with inboxes that prefer text and with spam filters that look for it.

Can I keep the photos?

Yes. The sample photos load from mailmanny.com and you’re welcome to keep them, but your own photos of your shop, your team or your work will always do better.
