Yes. Up to 500 contacts and 1,000 emails a month for your campaigns, plus the API at up to 100 emails a day (they count toward the same 1,000), for as long as you like. No credit card, no trial clock, and the same deliverability protection every paid plan gets. Automations, segments and custom HTML start on Essentials, from $9 a month.

Only subscribed contacts. Unsubscribed, bounced, complained, cleaned and archived contacts are free to keep, and so are people who haven’t confirmed a double opt-in yet (they expire after 30 days). We look at your subscribed count each day, so there’s no peak billing and no automatic upgrade.

Nothing is charged automatically, ever. On a paid plan, signups keep coming in and we email you when you reach 90% and 100% of your contact tier.

If you stay more than 10% over your tier for 30 days, campaign sending pauses until you move up or clean your list. Automations and the API keep running, and a bigger tier takes effect right away (prorated).

On Free the limits are firm: imports and new contacts stop at 500 subscribed, and campaigns can’t go out past 500 contacts or 1,000 emails a month. Signup forms keep collecting, so you never lose a subscriber while you decide.

Not on paid plans. Essentials includes 10,000 API emails a month, Standard 25,000 and Pro 50,000, in their own pool, so a password reset never competes with your newsletter. On Free, API emails count toward the 1,000 monthly sends, with up to 100 a day, one key and 10 requests a minute.

Above the allowance you can opt in to pay-as-you-go at $0.60 per 1,000, with a spending cap you set. Without it you get 10% grace, then the API answers with a clear quota_exceeded error (on Free, as soon as a limit is reached). Every plan includes the Mailmanny API and SDK, and API emails are checked for abuse just like campaigns.

Pay for ten months, get twelve. The yearly price shown is that total spread across the year, so you can compare it with monthly at a glance.

Yes: 20% off any paid plan, and it stacks with yearly billing, which comes to about a third off. We’ll ask for a 501(c)(3) letter or your country’s equivalent when you upgrade.

We’re built on modern cloud infrastructure from day one, with no legacy data centers to pay for, so we buy delivery wholesale and pass that on. You pay for subscribers only, the basics (automations with branches, segments, custom HTML, scheduling and the API) come with every paid plan, and the cost of each extra contact falls as your list grows. No price cliffs.

Every Mailmanny customer shares a sending reputation, so new workspaces start at 200 emails a day and each campaign gets a quick automatic review. It keeps spammers out, which is exactly why your mail lands in inboxes.

Send to people who asked for it and your limits rise automatically. Anything above today’s limit waits in the queue and goes out as soon as there’s room. It’s never dropped.

Yes. You send from a domain you own, like news@yourshop.com, and we walk you through the DKIM, SPF and DMARC records step by step. Free webmail addresses can’t be verified by anyone, which is why mailbox providers reject bulk mail sent as them.

In Settings → Billing, whenever you like, and everything you’ve built carries over. You see the price before you pay, and an upgrade applies as soon as its prorated payment goes through. A downgrade applies right away, with the unused time credited to your next invoices. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you can undo it until then. Nothing is ever deleted: on a smaller plan, automations pause and wait for you.
